Used Car Buyer / Vehicle Acquisition Specialist Are you a people person who enjoys building relationships and helping customers? Do you have strong communication skills and a passion for the automotive industry? We're looking for a motivated Used Car Buyer to join our Buying Center team and help customers sell their vehicles through our Kelley Blue Book Instant Cash Offer program. What You'll Do Meet with customers interested in selling their vehicles. Conduct vehicle walkarounds and evaluations. Present and explain Kelley Blue Book Instant Cash Offers in a professional and transparent manner. Build trust and create a positive customer experience throughout the appraisal and purchasing process. Negotiate and purchase vehicles while maintaining dealership acquisition goals. Follow up with leads and appointments generated through our marketing and KBB programs. Work closely with sales and inventory teams to acquire quality pre-owned inventory. Maintain accurate records and complete all required paperwork. What We're Looking For Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A friendly, outgoing personality with a customer-first attitude. Ability to build rapport quickly and earn customer trust. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Automotive experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional appearance and demeanor.
