The unit features:

• Number of Beds: 9
• Staffing: 3 RNs per shift with 1 mid-shift RN/tech
• Shift Breakdown:

  • Mid Shift: 1 RN/tech
  • Night Shift: 3 RNs
• Patient Ratios: 4:1 based on acuity, 1:1 if needed for acuity

Unit Guidelines and Policies

Weekend shifts will be rotated, with staff expected to work 4 weekend days per schedule (Saturday and Sunday).
