Key Responsibilities Welcome to the core of what being a Server is all about! Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day: Offers professional, friendly, and engaging service Takes all food and beverage orders from guests and ensure correct and prompt delivery of orders Assists guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way Has full knowledge of beverage lists and all menu items being served Requirements Here's exactly what you need to excel in this role: The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves): Twist, tow (push or pull), reach, bend climb and carry objects as necessary Have knowledge of spirits, wine and beer Have 2-3 years of banquets or catering experience The Cherries on Top (Nice-to-Haves): Has taken an Alcohol Handler's course We've kept it short and sweet - just the essentials you'll need.
