Travel Physical Therapist - $1,905 per week

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, flexible Employment Type: Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist We are seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to evaluate and develop treatment plans for assigned patients in accordance with their needs, goals, and physician directives. You will be responsible for the delivery of therapy services and the design of functional treatment programs to facilitate effective patient recovery and return to community activities. In this role, you will also serve as an educator for patients, families, and peers. Schedule Monday to Wednesday: 10 AM - 7 PM; Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 7 AM - 4 PM Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients. Utilize clinical reasoning to develop and modify treatment plans and goals. Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner, complying with all guidelines. Participate in student programs, providing supervision and evaluation. Engage in professional growth and pursue continuing education. Adhere to state practice acts and maintain professional licensure. Understand and follow performance improvement methodologies and initiatives. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school. Minimum of 6 months of outpatient clinical experience. Current CPR certification.
