Solo Team Owner Operators Wanted

This isn't general freight. This is entertainment transportation—and we're looking for experienced Owner Operators who want premium freight, strong earnings, and fewer miles.

Why Owner Operators Choose Clark

Solo Operators earn $200,000–$250,000+ annually
Team Operators earn $300,000–$350,000+ annually
Guaranteed weekly minimums:
- Solo: $3,500/week worked
- Team: $5,000/week worked
Drive fewer miles than traditional OTR (most solos average under 85,000 miles annually)
Exclusive Owner Operator fleet—we do not hire company drivers or lease-purchase operators
Year-round freight
No-touch freight
Customized 48' and 53' trailers provided

Additional Benefits

Quarterly bonuses up to $5,000
$5,000 Driver Referral Bonus
Paid loaded, empty, bobtail, and detention miles
75¢/mile bobtail plus FSC; $1.00/mile empty trailer plus FSC
Tour Base Pay from $500 to $700 or more per day plus FSC
$250/day Detention Pay for Singles and $275/day for Teams
Fuel surcharge on all eligible miles
Fuel price guarantee averaging $1.60/gallon or less
Paid cargo liability insurance
Paid tolls, permits, and fuel taxes
Company-supported health insurance program

Requirements

23 years of age or older
Valid Class A CDL
2+ years of OTR experience (including 6 months within the past 12 months)
Must own a 2021 or newer tractor
Willing to run nationwide
