Senior Contract Manager

Seeking a Senior Contract Manager to join the Legal team in a full-time remote capacity, responsible for drafting and negotiating customer contractual agreements, maintaining contract templates, and overseeing the contracting process across the U.S. Key responsibilities: Draft and review various contracts, including master service agreements and SaaS agreements, while managing the contract process independently Negotiate contracts with clients in collaboration with Sales and Client Success teams Monitor contract compliance and conduct audits to ensure adherence to established procedures Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in contract management, particularly with Master Service Agreements and SaaS Agreements Strong understanding of contracts law and privacy law Experience using contract management software and productivity applications such as Salesforce and Google Workspace Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
