Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Full-Time Riverview at Autumn Lake, Essex, MD. $33–$38/hour Riverview at Autumn Lake is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing rehab team. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with residents as they regain function, confidence, and independence in a supportive rehabilitation environment. What You'll Be Doing: Deliver occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist. Assist residents with activities focused on self-care, coordination, mobility, and daily function. Use therapeutic exercises and adaptive strategies to support resident goals. Encourage participation and create positive patient experiences during therapy sessions. Track resident progress and maintain accurate treatment documentation.
