Analyst

The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. Responsibilities Support, guide and assist TRS Calling Officers and Senior Transactors with the origination, execution and portfolio management of receivable securitization transactions. Assist in the origination, structuring and portfolio management of receivable securitization transactions. Research new business opportunities and prepare marketing materials. Conduct financial modeling, credit analysis, due diligence and documentation review. Review, analyze and interpret portfolio data. Manage a portfolio of receivable‑based structured transactions. Coordinate with other groups on holistic, multi‑product working capital solutions. Liaise with internal stakeholders such as credit, relationship officers, legal counsel, auditors and other product groups. Participate in special assignments and projects as required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher. Series 7, 79 and 63 licenses (or willingness to obtain). Experience interacting with clients and client management teams. Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills. Strong credit analysis skills. Previous experience in securitization, especially trade receivable securitization. Base pay for this role ranges between $110K and $115K, with potential discretionary performance‑based bonus and incentive compensation based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
