ETL Developer
Location: (Hybrid), MA Experience: 10 Duration: Long Term
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows to extract data from multiple source systems
- Transform and cleanse data according to business rules and load it into data warehouses or data lakes
- Develop scalable and high-performance ETL pipelines
- Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements
- Optimize ETL jobs for performance, reliability, and data quality
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and error handling
- Monitor ETL jobs and troubleshoot production issues
- Maintain technical documentation for ETL processes and data mappings
- Support data governance, security, and compliance standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, DataStage, SSIS, or AWS Glue
- Proficiency in SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
