RN Supervisor

Facility: Adroit Care Rehabilitation & Nursing Center Position: RN Supervisor Location: Rahway, NJ Schedule: Full-Time, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Salary: $95,000 – $105,000 Annually Join Our Team as an RN Supervisor Adroit Care Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking an experienced, dedicated, and motivated Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our overnight nursing team. This leadership role is essential in ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care while supporting nursing staff and maintaining compliance with all facility, state, and federal regulations. Key Responsibilities Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in the daily operations of the nursing department. Supervise and support nursing staff during the overnight shift. Ensure adherence to facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Conduct routine rounds to monitor resident care, safety, and overall quality standards. Respond to clinical concerns and provide guidance to nursing staff as needed. Participate in state surveys, audits, inspections, and quality assurance initiatives. Promote a positive, collaborative, and resident-centered care environment. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all nursing standards. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey. Minimum of two (2) years of progressive nursing experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), or Nursing Home setting. Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred. Strong clinical, organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and effectively manage overnight operations.
