MRI Technologist - Day Shift
This is a 13-week contract position.
4x12-Hour shifts from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM.
We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team for a 13-week contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing magnetic resonance imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety, and providing quality care in a fast-paced environment. This position requires potential floating to nearby campuses and participation in weekend and holiday rotations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform MRI procedures in accordance with established protocols.
- Ensure proper patient preparation, including assessment and safety protocols.
- Maintain equipment and assist in quality control measures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
- Document and record patient data accurately in the charting system (Epic).
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Current NJ License and ARRT (R) (MR) certification required.
- BLS certification required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in MRI technology.
- Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
