Sales Representative

Location: Augusta, GA (Onsite)

Pay: $17/hr + Monthly Performance Bonuses ($400–$450 average, top performers earn more)

Schedule: Flexible availability required for shifts between 8:00 AM–8:00 PM EST

Join a growing team supporting Frontier/Verizon customers in a fast-paced call center environment. This role combines  customer service, retention, and sales , helping customers resolve service concerns while identifying opportunities to retain business and recommend additional products and services.

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Call center and sales experience required
• Comfortable with upselling, cross-selling, and retention conversations
• Ability to multitask and work in a performance-driven environment
• Flexible schedule and reliable attendance
