Express Employment Professionals is now hiring multiple Customer Support Associates for a respected community health organization in Morgantown, WV . This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow a career in customer service, medical administration, healthcare support, or office administration .


In this role, you'll receive cross-training in several departments, including Front Office, Admissions, and Medical Records , providing valuable experience and career growth opportunities.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $16.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Location: Morgantown, WV
• Full-Time

Customer Support Associate Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and outstanding customer service
• Verify patient information, including demographics and insurance details during check-in
• Collect payments and reconcile daily transactions
• Answer phones, transfer calls, and assist with office communications
• Operate standard office equipment, including computers, copiers, and fax machines
• Maintain accurate client financial and administrative records
• Schedule appointments and make reminder calls for upcoming visits
• Update staff schedules and assist with office coordination
• Support special projects, including mailings and administrative tasks
• Work collaboratively with Front Office, Admissions, and Medical Records teams
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and general computer applications
• Basic typing and data entry skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
