Team Leader Position

Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Team Leader's two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Manager Responsibilities:

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest and team needs
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Be a friendly, encouraging, team player
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
• Count drawers and finalize day
• Lead and develop the team and team leaders
• Produce consistent results in key business metrics
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

• Prior experience as a supervisor, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager.
