Opportunity OverviewThe Operations Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing processes, and ensuring the successful execution of business objectives. This position will lead cross-functional operational initiatives, develop high-performing teams, and leverage automation, robotics, and advanced operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of operational strategies that support organizational objectives, drive growth, and improve efficiency.Develop and optimize business processes through the implementation and enhancement of automation and robotics solutions.Collaborate with engineering, sales/marketing, finance, and other functional teams to align operational priorities with business goals.Build and maintain effective operational systems that support scalability, productivity, and cost optimization.Support organizational growth through effective resource planning, budgeting, and allocation strategies.Partner with business leaders to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing operations team while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and sustain the highest quality standards across all operational activities.Manage revenue performance by developing and implementing manufacturing and inventory strategies that maximize business results.Develop and execute S&OE and S&OP strategies utilizing sales and marketing forecasts to balance inventory, demand planning, and revenue objectives.All About YouWe seek individuals who share our passion and determination. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field required or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.Minimum of 15 years of operations management experience.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role.Demonstrated experience leading operational excellence and process optimization initiatives.Hands-on experience implementing and optimizing automation and robotics technologies.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Proficiency with operational software, systems, and business tools.Excellent communication, influence, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.Experience managing large-scale projects and cross-functional initiatives.Preferred experience implementing AI-driven or automated solutions to streamline operations.Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies; Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.This position is not eligible for sponsorship.CompensationThe base salary range for this role is $219,400 - $351,000. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location. Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
