Compensation: $30.00 - $48.00 per hour

Work Schedule

Standard shop hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. We also offer flexible scheduling outside of these hours, with optional weekend shifts available for those looking to increase their earnings.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty diesel trucks
• Perform preventive maintenance and complex component repairs
• Conduct Federal Annual Vehicle DOT Inspections (FMCSA compliant)
• Troubleshoot and repair air brake, electrical, and emission systems
• Utilize industry-standard diagnostic systems, including:
  • Diagnostic Link 8
  • Eaton Service Ranger 4
  • Bendix ACom
  • Meritor WABCO Toolbox
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
• Represent our organization with pride at all times

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a diesel technician
• Journey-level mechanic experience is preferred
• CDL-A license
• ASE Certifications are preferred but not mandatory
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities
• Mechanical knowledge of both gas and diesel engines
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards

Additional Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States
• Proficiency in English
• Willingness to relocate to Indianapolis prior to starting (if applicable)
• This is an in-person position; remote work is not available
• Must have reliable transportation

Work Environment

This role involves working with heavy-duty trucks, providing support in both shop and commercial fleet settings, as well as mobile field service capabilities.
