About the Role Michael Bonsby HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical is hiring an experienced Journeyman Electrician to join our growing team in Woodbridge, VA. You'll perform residential electrical service, repairs, and installations while delivering exceptional customer experiences and high-quality workmanship. We offer year-round work, a supportive culture, and opportunities to continue advancing your career. What You’ll Do Perform residential electrical installations, repairs, and service calls. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems, wiring, and equipment. Complete wiring, rewiring, panel upgrades, and other residential electrical projects. Build trust with homeowners by clearly explaining findings and recommending solutions. Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and professional job site. Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and company events. What We're Looking For Journeyman Electrician license (Virginia preferred or ability to meet state licensing requirements). 4+ years of residential electrical experience. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented. Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus but not required. Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record. Working Conditions Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations. Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to regularly lift and move 50+ pounds.
