Job Duties and Responsibilities Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company‑mandated standards. Make sure rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels. Understand and follow all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel. Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, service hours, and surrounding area. Ensure rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc. Identify items guests have left behind and report them using the hotel’s lost and found procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to multitask. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Team player. Ability to exceed guest expectations.
