You’ll Support Meaningful Work By: Managing national preferred provider programs with key commercial real estate firms. Developing and delivering scalable tailored marketing materials and presentations. Driving business development and building relationships with real estate influencers. Collaborating with a variety of dealer partners to support their CRE focus. Monitoring and analyzing national commercial real estate trends to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic priorities. Supporting internal teams across the country with actionable insights and tools. Minimum Qualifications: Proven ability to build relationships and establish credibility Experience engaging commercial real estate influencers Ability to work independently with accountability Strong process orientation and organizational skills Effective communication and presentation skills Ability to translate business insights into value propositions General understanding of business operations 3-5 years of relevant experience Ability to travel 10 - 20% Desired Skills and Experience: Experience in business development or sales Ability to develop targeted marketing content Familiarity with commercial real estate ecosystems Strength in managing programs end‑to‑end Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally Doing Better For People and Planet: Steelcase is a global design and thought leader in the world of work.
