Bar Supervisor

Description The Sheraton Greensboro, the region's largest hotel and convention center, is currently seeking a Bar/Restaurant Supervisor! Duties will include:
- Managing bar and restaurant staff to include training, scheduling, and supervision
- Controlling inventory to include managing inventory levels, placing orders, and controlling costs
- Ensuring the guests are having an enjoyable experience
- Maintaining a clean, neat work environment with a strong emphasis on safety
- Ensuring drink quality and a high standard of service at all times
- A minimum of one year bar/restaurant management experience
- Ability to train and motivate staff
- Must have excellent leadership ability
- Should be very detail oriented with excellent attention to detail and presentation
- Must have a comprehensive knowledge of drinks, recipes, and bar equipment
- Should be customer service focused
