Bar Supervisor

Description The Sheraton Greensboro, the region's largest hotel and convention center, is currently seeking a Bar/Restaurant Supervisor! Duties will include: Managing bar and restaurant staff to include training, scheduling, and supervision Controlling inventory to include managing inventory levels, placing orders, and controlling costs Ensuring the guests are having an enjoyable experience Maintaining a clean, neat work environment with a strong emphasis on safety Ensuring drink quality and a high standard of service at all times Requirements Requirements: A minimum of one year bar/restaurant management experience Ability to train and motivate staff Must have excellent leadership ability Should be very detail oriented with excellent attention to detail and presentation Must have a comprehensive knowledge of drinks, recipes, and bar equipment Should be customer service focused Excellent benefits to include: Weekly pay Paid time off Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Disability Insurance Life Insurance Pet Insurance 401k with employer match Hotel Discount program Employee cafeteria Employee Assistance Program Holiday Pay
