Assembly Technician - No Experience Needed | $22/hr | Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Temp-to-Hire
Overview

Ultimate Staffing is hiring Assembly Technicians for a leading medical device company in Irvine, CA. This is a great opportunity for candidates from food service, retail, or customer service backgrounds looking to transition into a stable, career-oriented environment.

Position Details

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Location: Irvine, CA (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

Perform hands-on assembly of small medical device components
Use tools such as tweezers, scissors, and microscopes (training provided)
Follow step-by-step instructions and documented procedures
Inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Support team production goals and timelines

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
No prior experience required- training provided
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Comfortable working with small parts and repetitive tasks
Reliable attendance and positive attitude
