The Opportunity This role is critical to the company’s continued growth and drive toward being the best operational company in the cannabis industry. Reporting to the COO, the Operations Associate will complete daily tasks in different departments depending on operational need. These departments include Production/Packaging, The Extraction Lab, The Kitchen and Cultivation. The primary focus of this position will be to follow SOPs for the department they are working in that day and assist with getting tasks completed in an efficient and timely manner. Candidates must have a strong ownership mindset and a desire to contribute to the continued success of a rapidly growing business. This is ideal for goal-oriented individuals who are comfortable with the cannabis industry and who appreciate the growth potential that it presents What you’ll do Separate out and weigh various forms of cannabis to be packaged Assemble finished goods by packaging, filling and labeling Demold, sugar and package edible products Assist with vape and infused preroll filling and packaging Assist with fresh frozen harvest and trimming Accurately and diligently follow the Company’s SOP’s Maintain a clean work environment and ensure you are wearing appropriate PPE. Assist with keeping all departments in compliance with the regulations. This job posting is intended to describe the general requirements for the performance of this job. Skills & Qualifications 1+ years’ experience in a Manufacturing or Operations related role. High school diploma required Math skills necessary, and use of Excel Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative and able to work independently or among teams with keen judgment, common sense and resourcefulness Adapts and thrives in a demanding, fast-paced environment Possesses a high level of critical thinking Must be able to sit, stand and do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time May be required to lift up to 50 lbs. to torso level Must pass any and all required background checks Must be a minimum of 21 years of age Employer pays approximately 50% of medical and dental insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
