Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._ **How you'll make an impact in this role** + Support patient health and recovery by conducting vital clinical assessments and monitoring well-being to ensure early intervention and high-quality outcomes. + Manage treatment and medication safety by administering prescribed therapies and closely observing patient responses to ensure every treatment is effective and safe. + Perform essential diagnostic and therapeutic services by executing laboratory tests and treatments that provide the data needed for accurate medical decisions. + Empower patients and families through education by translating complex discharge plans into clear, holistic self-care instructions that ensure a successful recovery at home. **What minimum requirements you'll need** Licensure / Certification / Registration: + BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
