About the Role
The Company is seeking a President for its Blood Services Division, a pivotal role in the organization's mission to save and improve lives. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing a strategic vision that aligns with the company's mission and long-term growth objectives. This includes leading operational excellence, driving sustainable growth, and ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of the industry. The President will also be tasked with strengthening relationships with hospitals and health systems, advancing innovation, and positioning the company as an indispensable healthcare partner. Key responsibilities for the role include leadership and strategy, operational performance, customer and market leadership, financial stewardship, and talent and culture leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of executive leadership, with a focus on operational and financial management, and a strong background in shaping strategy and leading transformation within complex, mission-driven organizations. Candidates for the President, Blood Services position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' of executive leadership experience, with a preference for those who have led large, complex organizations within healthcare, blood services, life sciences, or other highly regulated environments. The role requires a leader with a strategic mindset, a proven ability to drive results, and a commitment to innovation and digital transformation. The candidate must be adept at building and leading high-performing teams, with a focus on talent development and succession planning.
