This is a hybrid working model 2 days in the Scottsdale office, 3 days from home. All equipment will be supplied! Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service while building strong relationships with customers across the U.S Assist customers with a variety of complex inquiries, including financial and general insurance-related questions. Guide customers in making informed decisions to meet their financial needs. Contribute to team success by participating in daily team meetings and fostering a spirit of cooperation. Requirements Education and Experience Customer Service Specialist Associates degree highly preferred. Customer Service Experience: 1-2 years preferred in customer service No Licensing Needed: No prior licensing or insurance experience required.
