Quality Assurance Coordinator - Mesa!

Vaco Arizona is currently hiring a Quality Assurance Coordinator for a leading organization in Mesa, AZ. This is an onsite contract role paying up to $26/hour, focused on supporting quality, compliance, and regulatory processes within a highly regulated environment. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented who enjoys documentation, audits, and ensuring standards are consistently met. Responsibilities Follow company policies, SOPs, and FDA/AATB regulations Stay updated on regulatory changes and support compliance updates Assist with internal and external audit preparation Review and maintain documentation (SOPs, logs, training records, supply records) Perform quality checks on records and correct errors Support monitoring of the Quality Management System Assist with investigations of deviations and quality issues Report compliance or documentation issues to leadership Handle sensitive donor/health information in compliance with HIPAA Collaborate with team members to meet quality goals Adapt to changes in processes and quality systems Required Experience Minimum 3+ months experience with donor charts and tissue sample handling Benefits Individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan. #J-18808-Ljbffr
