Responsibilities Leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and schedule performance. Serving as the primary client contact and maintaining strong, trust‑based relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Overseeing project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. Coordinating internal teams, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to achieve project goals. Driving proactive decision‑making to resolve challenges and deliver successful outcomes.
