Key Qualifications:

• Recent experience supporting students with various behaviors
• Proficiency in data collection and record-keeping

Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teachers in implementing lesson plans and managing classroom routines
• Monitor, reinforce, and document student behavior and progress
• Accurately collect and record data on student performance and behavioral interventions
• Foster an inclusive learning atmosphere and provide one-on-one or small group assistance as needed
• Assist in adapting instructional materials and activities to meet diverse learner needs
• Communicate regularly with teaching staff regarding student progress and observations
