• 4-day work week with 10-hour days; no overnight or weekend call required
• Optional weekend call in the inpatient Geriatric Unit for additional compensation
• Outpatient schedule with 1-hour initial evaluations and 30-minute medication checks
• Board-certified psychiatrists required; candidates nearing certification accepted
• Physician satisfaction ranked at the 99th percentile for second consecutive year
• Physician turnover rate of less than 3%
• Hospital-employed position near Springfield, Missouri
• DEA required; visa sponsorship not available
