Pay: $36+/hour, based on experience
Job Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Contract


We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join a manufacturing facility in Broomfield, CO. This role is responsible for managing the full order process from order entry through delivery , while serving as a key point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer and vendor orders from entry through fulfillment
• Enter, track, and update orders using an ERP system
• Communicate with customers and vendors by phone and email regarding orders, lead times, shipping, and delivery
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, warehouse, and shipping teams
• Proactively resolve order discrepancies, delays, and customer concerns
• Maintain accurate order and account information
• Manage multiple priorities while providing excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Previous customer service/order management experience, preferably in manufacturing or an industrial environment
• ERP experience required
• Strong phone and professional communication skills
• Experience managing orders end-to-end
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: $36+/hour based on experience.


This is a long-term contract opportunity for someone who takes ownership of the order process and can confidently coordinate between customers, vendors, and internal operations.
