Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:

• Supporting surgical interventions by preparing and arranging the operating room efficiently
• Upholding sterile environments and following strict infection control measures
• Handing over instruments and supplies to surgeons and their assistants skillfully
• Preparing and handling surgical instruments both pre-and post-operation
• Overseeing inventory and ensuring everything is available and ready for each surgery
• Collaborating seamlessly with nurses, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams for cohesive patient care
• Keeping precise counts and records of surgical tools and other relevant details

Education Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory

Certifications Needed:

• Possession of a current CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential is essential
• BLS certification (must be obtained within 90 days post-hire)
