About the Role:

Join ATC International LLC as a Shipping Clerk in Carson, CA, where you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate shipments. We are looking for a detail-oriented, experienced individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to our team’s success.

Responsibilities:

Print and prepare shipping documents for outgoing shipments within a tight morning timeline

Process orders through carrier sites (Shipstation, UPS Worldship, Stamps.com, DHL, Fed Ex)

Troubleshoot shipping shortages online in Warehouse Management System (Extensiv, 3PL Central)

Assist in responding to customer inquiries through Microsoft Word email

Collaborate with warehouse staff and help with scanner trouble shooting

Utilize shipping software and tools to manage logistics efficiently

Adhere to safety and compliance regulations in all shipping activities

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics is a plus.

1-2 years of experience in shipping or logistics roles.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficient in using shipping software and Microsoft Office.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Forklift certification is a plus.

Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs as needed.
