HR Recruiter

Souder, Miller & Associates (Azurite Professional Community) is seeking an HR Recruiter for an onsite role in Albuquerque, NM. The position focuses on building and executing recruiting and staffing strategies to draw a diverse pool of qualified candidates, while supporting the full recruitment lifecycle—from onboarding to HRIS and talent management, employee relations, training, personnel administration, reporting, policy implementation, safety, and employment-law compliance. Collaboration with marketing will help shape recruitment marketing efforts and employer branding initiatives. Location Albuquerque, NM (onsite) Salary USD 45,000 - 60,000 per yearly Travel 25% Responsibilities Oversee daily recruiting operations for the organization and its affiliates. Design and implement sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes that yield strong candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to prepare requisitions, job descriptions, interview plans, offers, and final hiring decisions. Manage job postings, candidate communications, pre-employment screenings, offer letters, and new hire documentation. Aid onboarding, orientation, HRIS updates, recruiting reports, and headcount tracking. Cultivate partnerships with colleges, universities, job fairs, and industry events to support sourcing. Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, I-9, E-Verify, WOTC, MVR, and other hiring requirements. Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, personnel files, and recruitment documentation. Stay current on HR best practices, employment regulations, recruiting trends, and talent management tools. Maintain a positive and transparent candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. Support the company's brand through social media, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and community engagement. Perform other related duties as assigned while upholding professionalism, confidentiality, and strong working relationships. Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. A minimum of 3 years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience required. Ability to manage HRIS or a talent management system. SHRM certification a plus. Knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance practices. Excellent communication and writing skills required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass the drug test.
