Associate General CounselEmpath Health is seeking an experienced Associate General Counsel to provide strategic legal guidance and trusted counsel across a dynamic, mission-driven healthcare organization. Reporting to senior leadership, this role advises on healthcare regulatory matters, corporate transactions, compliance initiatives, operational issues, and risk management strategies. The Associate General Counsel will collaborate with leaders throughout the organization to support business objectives while ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.This is a remote position with occasional travel required approximately 4-6 times per year.
