What you’ll do as a Sales Advisor Lead customers through the full sales journey with enthusiasm and professionalism. Represent the dealership and maintain high customer satisfaction through frequent, friendly follow‑up. Respond to and communicate with potential prospects from web, phone, and in‑store leads. Participate in frequent training to develop sales skills and product knowledge. Looking for Friendly, cooperative demeanor and quick to build relationships. Easygoing, uninhibited, comfortable working with others. Persuasive with a strong drive for results. Tolerant of uncertainty and able to handle details quickly, correctly, and efficiently. Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred. Must be 18 years or older, authorized to work in the U.S., and hold a valid in‑state driver’s license with a good driving record.
