Key Responsibilities Create and implement strategic marketing plans including digital campaigns, social media, and in-restaurant events. Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses, schools, and organizations through sponsorships and events. Organize engaging community and in-restaurant events to attract and retain customers. Collaborate with restaurant leadership to ensure an exceptional customer experience that boosts brand loyalty. Track marketing effectiveness and sales data, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Support restaurant operations during peak hours to gain hands‑on experience. Qualifications & Skills 2-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or related roles, preferably in food service, retail, or hospitality. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and event planning. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities. Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable marketing strategies. Passionate about Chick-fil-A’s values, self‑motivated, creative, and detail‑oriented.
