Registered Nurse/LPN Supervisor - Weekend Shift

About the Role
As a Registered Nurse/LPN Supervisor on our weekend shift, you will be responsible for supervising a team of nursing staff, including LPNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure that our residents receive high-quality care and attention, while also maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of nursing staff, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure excellent patient care
- Conduct daily rounds to assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Monitor and report any changes in resident condition or concerns to the Director of Nursing
- Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and services
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to consistently improve care and services
