This entry‑level retail role supports store initiatives, builds customer connections, and serves as a foundation for future leadership opportunities. The role emphasizes customer‑first service, teamwork, and representing the Ralph Lauren brand standards. Responsibilities Drive daily sales and work to achieve individual and team targets. Deliver a consistent, on‑brand customer experience and support store vision. Utilize company technologies and alternative purchase paths such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home. Engage in training and participate in team initiatives to execute business results. Build and begin to grow a clientele through networking and customer follow‑up. Maintain sales floor standards and support product discovery tools like QR codes and digital catalogs. Provide ongoing feedback to management on category opportunities and customer needs. Requirements Retail or related high‑volume specialty environment experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to operate the register and stand, move, and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., and maneuver around sales floor, stock/dressing room, and cashwrap. Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel as required.
