Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough health assessments for employees, including medical histories, physical examinations, and routine health screenings.
• Diagnose and treat work-related injuries and illnesses, ensuring timely and appropriate referrals to specialists when necessary.
• Design and implement health promotion initiatives focused on enhancing employee wellness, such as wellness workshops and ergonomic assessments.
• Collaborate closely with employers, human resources, and safety teams to ensure adherence to occupational health regulations and industry standards.
• Provide educational seminars and training for employees and management, focusing on injury prevention, ergonomics, and health maintenance.
• Maintain precise and confidential medical records, ensuring compliance with confidentiality protocols and organizational policies.
• Participate in regular workplace hazard assessments and contribute to the development of mitigation strategies.
• Stay abreast of current occupational health guidelines and regulatory changes to ensure best practices in employee health management.

Your primary clientele will consist of employees across various departments within Gotham Enterprises Ltd. You will focus on promoting their health and safety, addressing their unique workplace challenges and health needs while striving to create a culture of care and support.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Active and unrestricted state nursing license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; a Master's degree in nursing is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with a strong emphasis on occupational health, public health, or a related field.
• Desirable skills include excellent communication, strong problem-solving abilities, and a comprehensive knowledge of occupational health regulations.
