More about our team Our ED has seen steady growth since opening the new building in 2012, seeing almost 35,000 patients each year in the 22 bed ED alone, that's 95 patients per day. How you'll contribute Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care activities. Documents patient care provided. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family. Assists patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial/spiritual support needs. Evaluates patient and family learning needs and provides appropriate education based on age, culture, condition, and circumstances. Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient. Participates in performance improvement and continuing education. Provides quality patient care and works flexible shifts or units as needed. Performs other duties as assigned. Free Parking What we're looking for Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
