S. Certification Board for Music Therapists State music therapy licensing where required At least six (6) months of work/education experience with geriatric health care At least six (6) months of work /education experience with end-of-life/terminal illness health care Due to the field-based nature of this home health position, a valid driver’s license and the ability to spend approximately 20% of your workday driving to and from patient locations are required We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
