RN Pediatric Nurse Manager- Home Care

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN required) for our Raleigh, NC office. This office provides best in class care to pediatric clients throughout the surrounding area. Responsibilities Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care. Visit our adult clients and conduct assessments in Raleigh, NC and other surrounding areas. Develop the care plan and oversee its execution. Supervise nursing staff (RNs and LPNs) in the field. Facilitate new hire orientation. Participate in the training of new nurses and in‑services for field staff. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN. Supervisory experience preferred. Trach/Vent experience preferred. Pediatric Experience Required.
