Plant Technician

Job TitleTo assist Plant Operations Director and department staff in any project that may be required.Performs and completes assigned Scheduled Maintenance Work Orders, Routine and Emergency Work Orders in allotted and timely manner.Under general direction, to perform a variety of skilled work in the operation, maintenance and repair of boiler, heating, air conditioning, ventilating, lighting, power, water, water treatment, and other mechanical systems normally found in a Hospital; may instruct or lead other Technicians; may instruct or lead contract workers; and do other related work.Provides Security related duties M-F during daylight hours.Maintains cooperative work relationship with others. Assist in the rotation and respond to emergency repairs.
