Our Licensed Practical Nurses enjoy some notable benefits: Earn $36 - $39 an Hour Full Time Based Salary Up To $81,120 Flexible scheduling, variety of assignments and work-life balance Noc Shift Available (22:00-06:30) Per Diem and Contract Assignments Weekly Payroll Quarterly Bonus Program up to $250 Star Bonus Program NO MANDATES Hazard Pay Online training, growth and ability to earn CEUs Paid Time Off Holiday Pay 401(k) with match Health & Dental Plan As a Licensed Practical Nurse, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do: Provide direct nursing care to residents with a variety of illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions in settings such as assisted living facilities, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, and clinics Function as a floor/cart nurse, delivering hands‑on patient care and supporting the interdisciplinary healthcare team Administer medications as ordered, complete treatments, and provide wound care in accordance with physician orders and facility policies Monitor residents, conduct focused assessments, document condition changes, and report concerns to the Registered Nurse or physician Review, interpret, and carry out physician orders within scope of practice Supervise and direct CNAs and nursing aides in the delivery of patient care Maintain accurate documentation, operate medical equipment safely, and ensure a clean and safe environment for residents A few must-haves for Licensed Practical Nurses: Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active LPN license in Minnesota Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a medical facility CPR certification Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations Demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, good communicator and compassionate Why Work for Interim HealthCare Staffing?
