Office Assistant 2, Full-time, Contingent Permanent The Office Assistant 2 will perform office support and clericalwork for the Office of Opportunity Programs. In order to maintain a welcoming environment for prospectivestudents, students, community members, and visiting universitystaff, the duties of this position include, but are not limitedto: Assist with publication and scheduling of workshops and sendingnotification to students Assist with monitoring and editing Opportunity Programwebpages Update student information in Banner Assist with maintaining Opportunity Program calendar andscheduling Collect and track all required documents for advisorreview Provide excellent customer service, including telephone, e-mailor in person inquiries Actively participate in university activities Job Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: Candidates must have a reachable score on the Office Assistant 2Exam List OR Be a current NYS employee and have a current permanent appointmentwith 1 year of service as an Office Assistant 2, or in a titleeligible to transfer to Office Assistant 2 OR
