Join Our Compassionate Team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

At Oskaloosa Care Center Inc, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality care to our residents in a warm and welcoming environment. We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Oskaloosa, IA.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health status to the nursing staff
• Ensure residents' safety and well-being at all times
• Promote a positive and supportive environment for residents

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification in the state of Iowa
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards residents
