Student Success Administrator

Work Schedule: Monday Friday Standard/Fixed Schedule

Position Introduction:

The Student Success Administrator provides strategic leadership vision and oversight for student services student support operations and student development programs within the OU College of Dentistry. This position is responsible for creating and enhancing a student-centered environment that promotes academic success engagement enrollment retention and overall well-being. The Administrator collaborates closely with Academic Affairs faculty and staff to develop and implement initiatives that support students throughout their educational journey. Through innovative programming operational excellence and a commitment to student success the Administrator fosters a culture of belonging and achievement while strengthening lifelong connections between students alumni and the College. The position serves as a key advocate and resource for students and provides leadership for services and programs that advance the mission and strategic goals of the OU College of Dentistry.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Masters degree.
  • 36 months experience inmanagement/supervisory and student support services.

Equivalency/Substitution: Experience or a combination of education & related experience can be considered in lieu of degree. A one-to-one ratio is used to determine the number of years of experience required in place of a degree.
