About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN (Registered Nurse) Specialty: ICU Duration: 8 weeks Shift: 12-Hour Nights Hours per Shift: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum 3 years of recent ICU experience License: Active state RN license required Certifications: Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS required Must-Have: - Must have a minimum of 3 years of recent ICU experience. - Active state RN license is mandatory. - Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required. Description: Manage individualized, goal-directed nursing care through the use of the nursing process and the principles of primary nursing. Adhere to departmental and hospital policies and procedures and standards of nursing practice. Utilize Meditech and Pyxis Supply Stations for medications and clean supplies. Nurse to patient ratio may be 2:1 or 3:1. Dress code is scrubs, which are not provided. Complete medication testing once on-site, to be completed within the first two weeks. Cancellation policy allows for cancellation with 24 hours' notice for a 13-week assignment.
