Parts & Office Coordinator

Monday - Friday 8-5:30 PM

Rose-Wall MFG. is looking for a dependable and organized Parts & Office Coordinator to join our team. This position is a combination of office administration, accounting support, parts ordering, and shipping responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Process and pay company bills using QuickBooks .
• Create, send, and maintain customer invoices .
• Keep financial and office records organized and up to date.
• Order parts, materials, and supplies as needed for production and daily operations.
• Communicate with vendors to check pricing, availability, and delivery dates.
• Create and print UPS shipping labels and help coordinate outgoing shipments.
• Receive and organize incoming parts and materials.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and shipments.
• Assist with general office duties and support the team as needed.
• Work with employees and management to make sure parts and supplies are available when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with QuickBooks is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with computers and office software.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Reliable, dependable, and willing to help wherever needed.
• Previous experience with purchasing, invoicing, bookkeeping, or shipping is a plus.
