We are seeking a compassionate and dependable individual to provide meaningful support and assistance to clients in their daily lives. In this role, you will help create a safe, respectful, and encouraging environment while promoting dignity, independence, and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance as needed, including support with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Offer companionship and emotional support to help foster a positive daily experience
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and tidying of living spaces
• Support medication reminders and follow care plans as directed
• Help with transportation to appointments, errands, or social activities when required
• Monitor and report changes in client condition, behavior, or needs to appropriate team members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment at all times
• Respect client privacy, preferences, and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable approach to client support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care instructions and work independently
• Physical ability to assist with mobility and daily tasks as needed
• Basic understanding of personal care and safety practices
• Previous caregiving, home care, or related experience is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
